This would be my first post for the year 2009.
Last night the celebration was kind of small and very quite. Just few families were here. Those from KB could not make it since it was a last minute plan. Apparently, we all can work the very last minute. We managed to get the food and I made the dessert *cocktail with ice-cream*
I slept just past midnight. I texted fiance and wished him a happy new year. Then I texted Lovellia as well.
This morning woke up before 9 a.m. Had shower and took my breakfast.
And now here I am, sitting in front of the computer typing this blog.
*pinched myself* Can't believe it's 2009 already. Next week the school will be reopen. Back to the jungle! I am a bit disappointed because we were not posted permanently yet. It scares me sometimes to think that will we be permanently posted to schools.
Another major event or drastic changes will happen this January. My wedding which is the end of this month. I am not sure if I am prepared / ready for married life. With all the responsibilities and having someone in my life, sharing everything with him. I am not sure if I am up to all of those. Leaving behind my singlehood and become a wife and perhaps in the near future a mother?

Tahun ani, sunyi nie Keluarga KEMAS ah. Nada celebration like previous year. My sister in KB just texted me and asked if there are any celebration tonight. Sadly i replied no. Then my niece lagi MSNed me and asked the same thing. I think everyone is not in the mood to celebrate since my nephew and niece is not here. Plus another big occassion is coming by the end of January. So most of us are looking forward for those days.
Anyway, fiance called me and told that my ordered item from QQ just arrived. I miss the call from QQ just now and QQ called my fiance. Baik jua I gave my fiance's number as well. Fiance was asking if ada apa2 malam ani d rumah. I said nada. D rumah nya ada bbq kali.. Would love to go, tapi mcm malas jua, inda bah lagi kn kena suruh bejln2 saja and should stop going to my future in-law's house until the wedding day. *sigh*
My room is around 90% almost finish lah. Just a few minor touch up need to be done. Alhamdulilah. My sister commented on my curtain. So I went back to the shop and asked them to fix it. *kachings* It all can be done asal saja ada $$$
The invitation should be going out soon. My father just gave out a few this morning since people came to take their monthly pension money. So terus lah bapa bagi.
As for me, will deliver them next week when the school reopens.

Today it's the 30rd of December 2008. Which means tomorrow is the new year's eve. We should be welcoming the year 2009 pretty soon. Time really flies so fast.
I think I am going to recap the year 2008. Let's begin...
January - 10th January 2008: My engagement with my future husband
February to March - Part time job as sales promoter (credit card) for Baiduri Bank.
April- November: - Relief in Sekolah Rendah Sinaut Tutong.
May - August: Fiance left for Singapore for 3 months. Wedding preparation.
September - November: Wedding preparation with fiance.
I guess not much had happened for the year 2008 apart from engagement and wedding preparation. The only thing is that, I am not permanently working yet. Financially not stable yet. Alhamdulilah I managed to get through the year. As I am happily engaged and looking forward for my wedding.
Yesterday, went to Tasek Lama to take our pre-wedding photos with Abg Marzuqi. I had asked fiance to dress casually smart. When we arrived there around 8:30 am, fiance told me, how embarassed is he by looking at the cars parked at the area. I told him to relax and people will ignore us. By 9 am our photogs arrived. Alhamdulilah.. not too many people as we expect since it's late morning. People are rushing back home. We took our pictures around the Tasek Lama area. It was nice and it was my first time to go there. I was a bit 'sakai'
I felt awkward. I am not used to not looking at the camera lens. Me and fiance had to pose like model and our photogs just snapped our photos. Mudahan the pictures will turn out nice. I was sweating due to the heat and the distance we had to walk around. But I had fun!
We stopped by 10:45 am. Thanks to Abg Marzuqi for the session.
Me and fiance head straight to the town and went to Ideal to have our brunch.
We went to QQ to pick up our ordered items; hand phone and digital camera.

Monday: Went to Miri with my sis in law and niece. The queue was not expected. Since too early for people to go shopping before Bonus. Apparently, people were shopping for Xmas and Chinese New Year (bila kan?) Alhamdulilah, I managed to get the things that I want. Ada extra lagi tu. *giggles*
Tuesday: Went out with parents and sister and her husband, to get things for the wedding. Alhamdulilah, we got everything settled. Got my reprinted wedding invitation and also the paper bag. Alhamdulilah
Wednesday: Went to the shop to check my curtain and I decide to make quilt cover and a few cushions for my bed. *sigh* Then afternoon went out with shary to accompany me to try my nikah outfit. Alhamdulilah, it's what I had imagined. But the train is too long. Tapi it's ok lah. I brought shary along for second opinion about it lah.
Later tonight, we have doa selamat ceremony at home. Just family gathering lah. Oh yeah, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY NEPHEW WHO IS IN THE U.K.

Today is the bersanding ceremony of a good friend of mine. Sorry kwn, couldn't make it, since nada dgn ku... I texted him this morning apologizing for not coming to his wedding. *kesian*
Anyway, stayed at home saja. Waiting for fiance to text either jadi or not kn bawa berjalan later. He's a bit busy at home today. Since this Friday her sister is getting engaged.
Texted my sis in law just now, kan bawa ia bejalan ke Miri isuk. Kan minta dgni kedia meliat2 lampu for my room. I am thinking of bringing my mother tapi my niece ani kan ikut tia jua. Mcm tah kereta ku ani basar. Imagine jua kn bawa lampu lagi.. Masa ani drg bahagian custom suka mencek2 tu, yth takut kena tax tu if bawa brg yg besar2 mcm atu. My car ani lagi bonet nya expose bh. *Tawakal saja*
Any news kah ah from posting? Mcm it's nearly end of December sudah. Should we got posted in early January, they should be calling us within this week and asked us to come for briefing kah.. ani mcm nada apa2 jua bunyi nya. So masa ani hoping saja lah. Just wishing and hoping apa yg ku rancang for next year will run smoothly lah.

How I spent my weekend. Stayed at home saja. Last night went out with fiance and we catch a movie at Seri Qlap Cineplex. It had been a while we didn't watch movie. So last night we decided to go. We wathced 'The Day the Earth Stood still'. The story line was kind of ok. There is a message behind it if you think about it. We should appreciate the planet earth as she become older - with all the commotion nowadays (Global Warming)
Anyway, I decided not to went out today. I kesian my fiance, Saturday and Sunday is the only day that he will get his rest. But he told me, wanted to watch movie lagi on Sunday. Oh yeah, tomorrow is my good friend punya wedding. I wanted to go with my BFF, but she's not feeling well. *ngidam kali* Other BFF have to attend her bf's cousins wedding. I don't want to go alone. I wanted to bring fiance, but still I am not fond of sitting alone at least ada kwn bh.
I asked Shary if she could accompany me, but she's also seeing her bf tomorrow.
I'll see tomorrow lah, how it goes. Mudahan jua my BFF sihat and dapat jalan. Kesian bh my good friend ani. I was on MSN with him this morning. He was asking me, if I would come tomorrow. Kesian bh...
Anyway, confirm lah I am going for my honeymoon after the wedding. Inda tah kira tu, if kena posting kh.. Will get one week cuti lah. The tikets are already purchased. Siapa suruh lambat2 posting utk keraja. Mcm payah jua tu kan bejalan2 mun ingau kn pasal keraja saja everyday. Inda tah ku begaji / berelaun for the week aku cuti lah. *sigh*
I asked my brother to purchased the tiket online for us. Using his credit card. So I need to pay him back lah. Then I asked my brother in law to search hotels since kedia pandai tu mencari and andang durang selalu jua belayar. I had this thought, pandai kah ni nanti me and my future hubby menguruskan tu ah.. Pasal kalau belayar ani, mcm diri ani inda ikut-ikut bh menguruskan hal tiket, hotel and transportation ani. Yatah ani nanti.. mesti pandai2 sendiri lah. hehehe
Anyway, 2009 is fast approaching lah. Inda kerasahan nie. School reopens on the 5th January 09. Alhamdulilah lah, will continue reliefing till March 09. Walaupun elaun nya selalu batah keluar tapi ada kan d tunggu. Rather than sitting at home. I believe November allowance has not come out yet. Hopefully soon lah ah. Inda lagi lama urg bonos nie eh, durian runtuh for some people. *giggles*

Aloha... Been very busy for the past few days.
Busy with typing and rearranging the names list for the kad jemputan. We have to reprint the kad jemputan lagi. Terlampau ramai bh, my dad jemput atu. Fikir saja krg tempat duduk. I will not think about that. Malas tah ku ingau tu. But I already set lah for my close friends sudah the jemputan. Takut drg inda ampit.
Yesterday went out with Shary. She accompanied me to find the dress/baju for my pre-wedding shoots. Alhamdulilah, I found one. We terus went to visit Nicha and her baby boy, whom is almost a month. Sesat jua kan mencari rumah nya. I thought her house was the same area as my cousin, apparently inda. Alhamdulilah, dapat jua bejumpa.
Later my sister coming back from Haj. Her flight is a bit delayed lah. My bro-in-law just text, he said should be arriving at 4:50 pm later. Will be going to her house later after Zuhur lah.
As for my wedding prep: So far, so good lah... My fiance and I were thinking either to go for honeymoon or not after the wedding. Yang ku takut kan, what if I got posted early January and I am not eligible yet for claiming the cuti. Was thinking to get the cuti after balik 7 hari. Kesian jua fiance, his cuti is 2 weeks after the wedding. So I told him, we might after balik 7 hari lah. So I might take cuti 1 week saja lah. Kalau relief ok plang, tapi ingau jua luan batah2 cuti.. Batah cuti nada lah elaun tu... Anyway, Im taking the risk plang, kan booking dah the tiket lah.. So apa2 pun mesti jua jalan tu, pebaik tah ku posting sudah tu...

Been very busy for the past few days. Update about what I have been doing for the past few days.
Thursday: Went to Miri with fiance. Alhamdulilah, less crowd at the custom and immigration post at both sides. Our journey went smooth. Managed to buy all the things that we intend to get there. It was the first time that we went home a little bit late than usual. Drop by at my sister's house in Pandan to give her Cempedak. Then went home after Magrib. Kesian fiance, he was tired..
Friday: Went to KB to settle the payment for my wallpaper and flooring. Alhamdulilah
Late evening: Went to my sister's house for bertahlil ceremony. Stayed there till 9pm *tired*
Saturday morning: went out with mom to buy things.
Afternoon: Busy typing names list
Late afternoon: Still busy... *Bagi sakit kepala eh, terlampau byk bah list nama atu and ada lagi yang balik2 tu.. Sasak alai... *sigh*

Me and my friends managed to register ourselves for the walk hunt which is happening next Sunday.
Her partner is her husband. I was like wah,last year she did the hunt with her mother. And this year with her husband. As for me, my partner is my other Bff. Anyways, our team numbers were 273 and 274. We did participate last year's hunt and the year before. We didn't win anything. *sad* Oh yeah, the baju for this year's hunt is orange zahid bh.. so striking lah. Im sure people can see us miles away. And, the bajus were left with XL size which is wayyyy toooo big for me. Kalau L ok jua lah, tapi ani XL.. I think I am going to alter the baju tomorrow. I am not very fond of wearing a big t shirt.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILADHA" TO ALL MUSLIMS
Family were gathered today. They were discussing about the material for baju kurung and cara melayu for the big day. Biasalah, family they want sepasang.. hehehe
Little update about my room: The wallpaper is up and the flooring is almost done. They will continue to fix the skirting of the floor tomorrow. So, InsyAllah will fix the furniture on Wednesday. Then on Thursday planning to go Miri with fiance. I guess will be busy jua this week.

2008 is coming to an end.. Just a few more weeks before it's 2009. And work-wise is not stable yet *crap*
Last Monday went to hand in the Borang tuntutan and collect my new contract for relief. Apparently, I misunderstood something. My relief in my school is until January, 29 2009. It's the my contract ended on November, 29 2008. I texted my GB and asked her if she did requested for me to continue my devotion and service to the school. Apparently, she did mention in the Laporan Sulit.
Went back to JSS on Tuesday and clarify it with the officers. Alhamdulilah, she had highlighted my name and I will have to wait for my letter. Then I asked her the million dollar question. "When are we going to be posted?" Standard answer, she's not sure yet. But insya Allah soon...
Was busy since Monday and I guess will be busy for this week and the next week. Fiance is taking his annual leave for 2 weeks at the moment. So that, he can settle some things which is needed for the wedding.
Anyway, hopefully we can go to Miri next week.
Later going out with bff to hand in the registration form for the walk hunt. Luckily her husband is working so I can go jalan with her terus.. *winks*
Oh yeah, hopefully there is still a spot for us for the walk hunt.
